MSB Capital does not operate like a financial buyer or a private equity office. We believe there is a looming succession issue in America’s main street and take pride in providing flexibility to the business owners. Our mission is to provide a smooth and pain-free transition to the owners understanding that selling a business can be a complex, emotional and perhaps one of the most important decision of there lives. We have been entrepreneurs in the past and know the long tough journey business owners have been.
